Everything you need to get started with Wapzio for your business.
The first step to get started with your WhatsApp Engagement Journey via Wapzio is by creating a FREE Wapzio Account.
Follow the below steps to easily create a Wapzio Account:
1. Signup on Wapzio App
Go to the Wapzio Signup Page.
You can sign up with your Google account or, if you use a different business email, fill in the form.
2. Enter OTP (for Form signup only)
If you signed up by filling out the form, you'll receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter it & press 'Submit' to proceed.
3. Add Personal & Company Details
Enter important business details like Company Name, size, industry, billing currency & timezone so that we can customize your experience.
Once done, click on the "Complete Sign Up" button to proceed ahead.
4. You've now activated the 7 Days FREE Demo
You've now entered your 7 Days FREE Demo, which includes:
• WhatsApp Chat Management - Manage all your customer conversations from one centralized dashboard for faster and more efficient communication.
• Broadcast Campaigns - Send promotional messages, offers, and important updates to multiple customers in just a few clicks.
• Quick Replies - Save frequently used responses to answer customer queries instantly and improve response time.

• Post, Story & Reels Automation - Schedule and automatically publish your social media content, ensuring consistent engagement without manual effort.

You need a WhatsApp Business API account to get access to WhatsApp Broadcasting & all other Wapzio features. That's why you must apply for the WhatsApp Business API.
Following are the pre-requisites you must match in order to apply:
A Business Website
A Business Website is a must to get access to the WhatsApp Business API.
A Fresh Phone Number
You need an active phone number that isn't currently registered with any WhatsApp account.
You can use an old phone number too, but you'll have to permanently delete the WhatsApp App/Account active on it.
1. Signup on Wapzio app
To get started with the 7 Days FREE Demo, go to the Wapzio app and sign up for the free plan.
2. Fill in your details and click "Complete Signup"
Complete the signup form with your business details.
3. Your 7 Days FREE Demo is LIVE
Your Wapzio 7 Days FREE Demo is now live, with access to the WhatsApp Business API, ad credits, and unlimited free service conversations.
4. Click 'Continue with Facebook'
Click on the "Continue with Facebook" button to start the application process for WhatsApp Business API procurement.
Make sure you have admin access to the Facebook Business Manager account to continue with the application.
Note: Make sure to get your Facebook Business Manager account verified to get complete access to WhatsApp Business API. You can get it verified simultaneously while applying, or even after procuring the API.
5. Click 'Continue'
Clicking the button redirects you to the Meta window, where you can apply for the WhatsApp Business API.
6. Tap Get Started
On the next screen, read the permissions shared & click 'Get Started' to connect your Facebook account with Wapzio.
7. Select your Facebook Business Manager Account
Select the Facebook Business Manager Account you wish to associate with your WhatsApp Business API account, then click 'Continue'.
8-9. Create Business Profile & Add Address Details
WhatsApp Business account name: Pick a name related to your business (this is just the internal Business Manager name, not your public display name).
WhatsApp Business Display name: Select a unique display name that will show across your WhatsApp business profile.
Select the Business category: Choose the industry most relevant to your business.
10. Add a new or existing WhatsApp Business API number
Select "Add a new or existing number" and enter the phone number you need for the WhatsApp Business API. Make sure it can receive an SMS or voice code for verification.
If the number is already active on the WhatsApp Business app, you'll need to permanently delete it from there first.
After adding your number, press 'Send Code'.
Note: As soon as you delete your number, its groups and statuses disappear. Once you submit the OTP, your WhatsApp Business API goes live, and the phone number and display name approval status will show here. If pending, it's usually approved within 3 to 4 hours.
11. Your application is now under review
Congratulations! If you see the review screen, you've successfully applied for WhatsApp Business API.
Most reviews are completed instantly (within 10 minutes) — only the Display Name can take up to 3-4 hours to get approved.
The change will show in the Wapzio Platform, where the WhatsApp Business API status will now show LIVE.
