Welcome to Wapzio, an enterprise software platform developed and operated by Anantkamal Software Labs. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our suite of services, defining your rights, our obligations, and the rules of engagement.
Scope of Services
These Terms apply to all aspects of the platform, including the Wapzio Website, Wapzio Dashboard, APIs, WhatsApp Integrations, CRM, AI Features, and our Automation Platform.
1. Eligibility
By registering for an account or using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the following criteria:
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into this legally binding agreement.
- Authority: You must possess the legal authority to bind your business, organization, or corporate entity to these Terms.
- Accuracy: All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be accurate, current, and complete.
2. Account Registration
To access the core features of Wapzio, you must register for an account and establish a workspace.
Account Security
You are entirely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. We strongly recommend enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) to protect your workspace against unauthorized access.
Credentials & Data
You must maintain accurate business information. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password or account details.
3. Subscription Plans
Wapzio offers a variety of subscription tiers designed to scale with your business:
- Free Trial: We may offer a limited-time free trial to let you explore the platform's capabilities.
- Paid Plans: Standard subscriptions billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) with predefined usage limits.
- Enterprise Plans: Customized plans designed for high-volume users, featuring tailored agreements and dedicated support.
Upgrades & Downgrades: You can change your plan at any time through the dashboard. Upgrades are prorated, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Automatic Renewals: To prevent service interruption, paid plans automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
4. Billing & Payments
Financial Terms
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods via authorized third-party processors. Valid payment information must be kept on file.
Taxes: All subscription fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST, which will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your billing location.
Invoices & Disputes: Automated invoices are generated for every transaction. If you believe there is an error in billing, you must initiate a payment dispute with our support team within 15 days.
Failed Payments: If a charge fails, we may suspend your account access until the outstanding balance is settled.

6. Meta & WhatsApp Compliance
Wapzio is a software layer built on top of Meta's infrastructure. By using our platform, you agree that:
- Customers must strictly comply with all Meta policies and the WhatsApp Business Platform rules.
- Customers must obtain valid, explicit customer consent (opt-in) prior to sending messages.
- Meta independently manages Business Verification, template approvals, messaging tier limits, and account quality.
- Wapzio cannot influence, bypass, or overturn Meta's decisions regarding account suspensions or rejections.
7. Customer Responsibilities
As an active user of the platform, you formally agree to:
- Maintain accurate business and billing information.
- Protect your login credentials and immediately revoke compromised API keys.
- Only upload customer data for which you have obtained proper legal consent.
- Use the platform responsibly, without imposing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Comply completely with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. We collect, process, and secure your data in compliance with the DPDP Act. You retain full ownership of your data, contacts, and campaigns. For full details on our data handling practices, please reference our complete Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
The Wapzio software, including its codebase, UI/UX, documentation, logos, and trademarks, belongs entirely to Anantkamal Software Labs. Customers are granted a limited license to use the platform but may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute our intellectual property.
10. Third-Party Services
Our ecosystem seamlessly integrates with leading external providers to deliver functionality. This includes Meta, the WhatsApp Business Platform, Payment Providers (like Stripe), Email Delivery Providers, and Cloud Hosting Infrastructure.
Please note that these third-party services operate under their own independent terms and privacy policies.
11. Service Availability
Wapzio is engineered for enterprise-grade reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We perform scheduled maintenance (which is communicated in advance) and, rarely, emergency maintenance. Platform updates are continuously deployed. We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure events, ISP failures, or Meta API outages.
12. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to immediately suspend access to your account if we detect spam, fraud, severe security threats, prolonged non-payment, direct violations of Meta's policies, illegal activity, or if mandated by court orders.
13. Termination
You may initiate termination by cancelling your subscription. We may initiate termination for repeated policy violations. Upon termination, you may request a data export before your workspace undergoes permanent data deletion. Certain obligations (like payment for past usage) survive termination.

15. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as available" and "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee of entirely uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anantkamal Software Labs limits its liability for damages, loss of revenue, or data loss. Exclusions apply only where permitted under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anantkamal Software Labs from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your generated content, your misuse of the platform, your violations of these Terms, or your violations of applicable laws and third-party rights.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as our business and legal requirements evolve. Updated versions will be published on this page, with the effective date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the platform after updates have been published constitutes your binding acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are strictly governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by mediation, and subsequently by binding arbitration before pursuing formal litigation where applicable.
