Commission Calculation Basis: Commission is calculated as a percentage of the net taxable value of each plan payment (the invoice amount excluding GST and third-party Meta conversation fees). Your commission rate tier is confirmed upon partner approval.

Recurring Lifetime Earnings: You earn commission on all recurring subscription renewals, plan upgrades, and recurring add-ons for as long as your referred customer maintains an active paid workspace with Wapzio.

60-Day Cookie Attribution: A customer is credited to your partner account when they create a new workspace within 60 days of clicking your link. Clearing browser cookies or switching devices can end the attribution window early. Accounts that already exist prior to clicking are not re-attributed.

Approval Cycle & Clearance: Commissions start as Pending upon transaction and become Approved once the standard 14-day refund and cancellation window has passed.

Monthly Payout Schedule: Approved commissions are disbursed on the 10th of every calendar month directly to your registered Indian UPI ID or verified bank account via IMPS/NEFT.

Minimum Payout Threshold: Payouts are executed once your approved balance reaches ₹1,000. Balances below this threshold roll over automatically to the subsequent payout cycle.

Refunds & Chargebacks: Commissions on refunded, cancelled, disputed, or fraudulent transactions are automatically adjusted or deducted from your accrued balance.

No Self-Referrals: You cannot earn commission on your own account, sister entities, or personal subscriptions. The program is strictly intended for referring external third-party clients and businesses.

Search Advertising & Trademark Protection:Bidding on trademarked brand keywords (such as “Wapzio”, “Wapzio API”, “Wapzio CRM”) on Google Ads, Bing, Meta Ads, or other search advertising platforms is strictly prohibited and results in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending earnings.

Anti-Spam & Compliance Standards: Partners must adhere to ethical marketing practices. Sending unsolicited bulk spam, scraping contact databases, or making misleading claims regarding Meta API approvals is prohibited.

Domain Squatting & Impersonation:Registering domains containing “wapzio” (e.g., wapzio-coupon.com, wapziodiscount.in) or creating social media accounts and ad channels that impersonate official Wapzio company channels is strictly prohibited.

Brand Asset Usage & Marketing Collateral: Partners may use official Wapzio logos, product badges, and approved screenshots provided in the partner portal. Modifying brand assets, creating misleading discount banners, or misrepresenting product capabilities is not permitted.

Custom Enterprise & Agency Deals: For bespoke enterprise contracts, dedicated private cloud deployments, or custom-scoped onboarding deals, commissions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and confirmed in writing prior to invoice closing.

Meta Platform & WhatsApp Policy Compliance: Referred clients must strictly adhere to the official WhatsApp Business Solution Policies and Meta Commerce Policies. Wapzio accounts suspended by Meta for policy violations or unauthorized broadcast spam do not generate active commission.

Active Partner Status: Partner accounts must maintain at least one valid referral activity or lead generation every 12 months to remain in active standing. Inactive accounts may be placed on hold upon prior notice.

Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Payouts are subject to applicable Indian tax provisions, including TDS under the Income Tax Act. GST-registered entities must provide a valid GSTIN invoice for GST disbursements.

Program Modifications & Rate Policy Continuity: We may revise commission tiers or program terms from time to time with reasonable advance notice. Any tier adjustments apply to future referred sales only and will never decrease commissions already earned.

Termination & Good-Faith Settlement: Either party may terminate partner participation at any time with written notice. In good-faith termination, all legitimately accrued approved balances exceeding the minimum threshold will be settled on the subsequent regular payout cycle.
