Before you start — who holds your data?
If you have a Wapzio account, we hold your account data ourselves and will answer you directly.
If you received a WhatsApp message from a business that uses Wapzio, that business decides what data it holds about you and why. We only carry the messages on their instructions. In that case we will pass your request to them and tell you we have done so — we cannot hand over another business's customer records on the strength of a web form.
