3. Who is NOT Eligible?
Refunds may not apply to the following:

- Enterprise custom contracts.
- Custom development, setup, or professional onboarding services.
- Third-party charges, including Meta-related WhatsApp charges.
- Domain registration, hosting charges, SMS, or API usage charges.
