4.0 Wapzio's role with Meta. Wapzio operates as a Tech Provider in the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform ecosystem. The Client holds its own contractual relationship with Meta in respect of its WhatsApp Business Account, and Wapzio provides technical administration of that account on the Client's instructions.

4.1 The Client acknowledges that WhatsApp Business Platform services are provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates, not by Wapzio, and that the Client is directly bound by the Meta Terms as amended by Meta from time to time. The Client shall review them at Meta's published locations.

4.2 The Client authorises Wapzio to act on its behalf in the technical administration of its WhatsApp Business Account, including Embedded Signup, template submission, number registration and webhook configuration, strictly on the Client's instructions.

4.3 The Client is solely responsible for: business verification and its accuracy; display-name compliance; template content and category selection; message content, opt-in and opt-out; quality rating and messaging limits; and payment of Meta conversation charges (whether billed directly by Meta or passed through by Wapzio).

4.4 The Client acknowledges and irrevocably accepts that Meta may at any time and without notice or reason: reject or disable a template; reduce messaging limits; downgrade quality rating; restrict, block, ban or delete a phone number or WABA; suspend the Client's Business Manager; change pricing or conversation categories; or discontinue any API. Wapzio has no control over, no notice of, and no liability for any such act. No refund, credit or damages arise against Wapzio.

4.5 The Client shall not use Wapzio to circumvent any Meta enforcement, including by registering replacement numbers to continue messaging that led to enforcement. Doing so is a material breach permitting immediate termination without refund.

4.6 Where Meta requires Wapzio to disclose Client information, suspend a Client, or take other action, Wapzio shall comply, and such compliance is not a breach of the agreement.

4.7 The Client indemnifies Wapzio against all claims, penalties, charges and losses arising from the Client's breach of the Meta Terms or from any Meta enforcement action attributable to the Client's conduct.
