NOTICE UNDER THE DIGITAL PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT, 2023
Who is asking: Anantkamal Software Labs ("Wapzio"), Office no 2, 4th Floor, Gajanan annex, Patil lane, Nashik, Maharashtra, 422002, India.
What personal data we are asking for, and why:

We will not use your personal data for any purpose other than those listed above without giving you a fresh notice and obtaining fresh consent.
Your rights, and how to use them:
- Ask us what personal data of yours we hold and what we do with it → privacy@wapzio.com
- Ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it → privacy@wapzio.com
- Withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it → in-app Privacy Centre, or privacy@wapzio.com
- Nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated → privacy@wapzio.com
- Raise a grievance → sachink@anantkamalsoftwarelabs.com (we acknowledge within 24 hours; we resolve within 15 days, and in any event within 90 days)
If you are still not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Details at [Board's official website].
Please note: section 15 of the DPDP Act places duties on you as a Data Principal, including not impersonating another person, not suppressing material information, and not filing a false or frivolous grievance. Breach may attract a penalty.
