ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This AUP forms part of the Terms. Breach is a material breach permitting immediate suspension or termination without cure period.
4.1 Consent and messaging discipline
You must not: send to any Recipient without a valid, specific, documented and current opt-in; use purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, appended or third-party-sourced lists; re-import or message a Recipient on the suppression list without a fresh, documented opt-in; ignore or delay an opt-out beyond 72 hours; send outside the category of communication the Recipient consented to; use a template approved for one purpose to send a different category of content; or send at a frequency likely to generate complaints.
4.2 Prohibited content and activities
Absolutely prohibited — zero tolerance, immediate termination:
- Child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, or any content sexualising a minor
- Content facilitating human trafficking, forced labour or organ trade
- Terrorist content, incitement to violence, or content promoting a banned organisation
- Content that is an offence under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023
Prohibited:
- Phishing, credential harvesting, impersonation of any person, business, bank or government agency
- Financial fraud, Ponzi and pyramid schemes, fake investment or loan offers, "guaranteed returns" claims
- Malware, ransomware, spyware, exploit distribution, botnet C2
- Unlicensed regulated activity — securities advice without SEBI registration, lending without RBI authorisation, unregistered insurance solicitation
- Sale of prohibited or restricted goods: narcotics, prescription medicines without authorisation, tobacco, weapons, wildlife products, counterfeit goods
- Real-money gaming, betting and gambling where prohibited in the Recipient's jurisdiction
- Adult content, sexual services, escort services
- Content infringing copyright, trade mark, design, personality or publicity rights
- Defamatory, obscene, hateful, or communally inflammatory content
- Misinformation regarding health, elections or public safety
- Debt collection using threats, intimidation, public shaming, or contacting a debtor's contacts
- Data collection from Recipients without notice and lawful basis
- Deceptive sender identity, spoofed business names, or misleading display names
4.3 Platform integrity
You must not: circumvent rate limits, quality ratings, messaging tiers or spend limits; operate multiple accounts to evade a suspension or a Meta restriction ("ban evasion"); rotate phone numbers to escape complaint attribution; share, resell or sublicense your Account or API credentials; probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services without written authorisation; interfere with service to other customers; or misrepresent your identity or business during onboarding or verification.
4.4 WhatsApp and Meta compliance
You must comply with the Meta Terms in full, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy. You must maintain business verification. You must not use Wapzio to evade, delay or frustrate any enforcement action taken by Meta.
4.5 Enforcement thresholds (indicative)

Thresholds are indicative and Wapzio may act sooner where risk warrants. All enforcement actions generate a case record with evidence references, reviewer identity and timestamps.
4.6 Reporting and appeal
Report abuse to abuse@wapzio.com. Appeal an enforcement action to compliance@wapzio.com within 15 days under clause 1.10.5 of the Terms.
